Dear Valued Client Please note, we do not promise exact replicas of reference pictures sent to us. Each fondant figurine, cupcake topper and sugar flower is custom made by hand and coloured from scratch. Please remember that each artist has their own technique,style and set of skills in which they use to create their work. Please allow us some artistic freedom and you will receive a great product. Ordering a Custom Fondant Figurine/Sugar flower or Cupcake Topper All orders are a first come, first served basis as we only take a limited number of orders each week. We require at least 2 weeks notice to complete orders. Orders placed within 1 week before pick up will incur a RUSH FEE of R100. Payments of orders under 7days must be paid immediately. We also require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for custom orders that are placed over 7days in advance. Orders are not started until the deposit fee reflects into our bank account. Your order date is not guaranteed until a deposit/full amount is paid. We reserve the right to offer the date to another client if the deposit is not paid within 4 days after contacting us. The remaining balance is due via EFT one week before pick up. If the remaining balance is not received, the product will not be given to you and your order will be subjected to complete cancelation. The Deposit fee is nonrefundable. We will not accept any custom orders that fall under 3days. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM AN EXPIRED INVOICE. Please ensure that all your specifications and details are given to us beforehand. Changes are subject to our approval and may incur additional costs. Although we try to help where we can, changes may not be possible due to time restraints. In the unlikely event where we cannot complete your order due to unfortunate circumstances(sickness/family emergencies etc) you can request a full refund. Collections Please arrange a set pickup time and date with us beforehand and stick to it. Please be considerate and do not be late. We are a home based business(we have families too) For any custom orders traveling via courier please ensure that you provide a completion date that allows for at least 7days for courier to deliver. Storage And Transportation /collection Once you take possession of the product it becomes your responsibility and refunds will not be issued for any reason once it is in your possession. - Always hold the box with two hands. - When transporting, your product needs to be on a flat leveled surface like the floor of your vehicle or placed securely on a non slip mat. Please drive carefully, bumps and sharp corners may cause your product to slide or shift resulting in damage. - Please store all fondant figurines/Sugar flowers and cupcake toppers away from direct sunlight - prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will result in sun bleaching/sun damage (loss of colour) to your product. -DO NOT STORE ANY SUGAR ITEM(Fondant Figurine,Sugar flower, Cupcake topper) IN THE FRIDGE. -Store your product(s) in a dry place way from strong light, dust and humidity. - All fondant figurines should be stored in a cool dry place/area. NOT IN THE FRIDGE OR HUMID AREA. - PLEASE NOTE, Fondant Figurines/Sugar flowers/cupcake toppers may contain wires, toothpicks or other forms of internal support such as polystyrene/cardboard etc. We do not take any responsibility should injuries occur. -Please also note that fondant figurines can last a long time if stored correctly, however they are prone to discolouration and warping over time. By placing an order you are accepting all our terms and conditions as stated above .
